A Note from the Director

I'm so thankful you are considering Forcey Day Camp as a summer place for your children in 2010. We take our camp purpose very seriously, and that is to have the greatest camp experience in a thoroughly Christian environment at an affordable cost. Our goal is to connect campers with Jesus Christ. He is the reason we exist.

While we provide many exciting weekly activities including swimming twice , a field trip, age-specific games and crafts, and many crazy camp activities, we have an age-relevant, dynamic Bible lesson each day to help campers understand the teachings of Jesus, and the difference He can make in their life. Our 2010 camp theme is "Plug into His Promises." Our purposes and activities center on Jesus. I trust that the values and attitutdes are ALL ABOUT JESUS!

 
Each year, we try hard to keep camp as affordable as possible. We will not be raising prices or fees this year- they are the same as last summer! 

2010 will be my fourth as the Director of Forcey Day Camp. My how time has flown! Ranger campers are now Explorers, and some of our old campers are now on our staff! The faces of our staff slowly change as the summers go by. But each summer, I am confident in the exciting counselors we present to our campers. They do a great job, and I am as confident as ever in the wonderful counselors God will give us this summer - a great mix of returning "camper favorites" and fresh new faces!

If you are a returning family, perhaps you might share our camp with other families who could enjoy their own Forcey Day Camp experience (and reap the benefits of doing so - we will waive your reservation fee for a week of camp for each new family you recruit to camp this summer, just have them note this on their registration form).  

I believe you and your children's experience at Forcey Day Camp will be one you will want to share with others. We are here to serve you and your family.
